Job Description

Main responsibilities: 
•    Provides technical guidance as needed
•    Serve as the local technical lead for automation systems supporting sterilization and logistics operations.
•    Operation: train EO team technicians on basic troubleshooting, support fault finding. Scope of operation: RSD, LESNI, Picarro, AMR system/other logistics system from automation perspective. Contribute to create SLA agreement with automated system manufacturers.
•    Maintenance: define maintenance schedule in cooperation with logistics system supplier, lead the execution of the planned activities. Build necessary spart part list, ensure spare part availability. Create maintenance plan in BD systems, write SOP's/WI's
•    Lead root cause investigations for automation failures and implement sustainable corrective and preventive
actions.
•    Develop and maintain local technical knowledge to reduce dependency on external suppliers and ensure
long-term operational continuity.
•    Develop, write, and update process specifications and documentation for sterile pharmaceutical processing equipment including process related docs.
•    Works with sterilization group to develop protocols for qualification and validation of  sterilizing equipment, and routine re-certification of processes in place
•    Interprets industry standards and regulations to ensure sterilization equipment performances within compliance
•    Ensures corporate sterilization policies and standards are applied and maintained.
•    Assist with facility process improvements, cost reductions, and manage projects while maintaining project budgets
•    Coordinates plant shutdown activities for Sterilization operations
•    Support the  preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts inventories.
•    Ability to optimize system operating inputs and costs
•    Investigate, propose, and implement activities and projects to improve reliability and efficiency of infrastructure
•    Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
•    Safety of the area and the process
•     Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
•     Train and support EO Operations and Maintenance Technicians in system operation, basic troubleshooting, and
structured fault-finding methodologies

Preferred requirements:
•    Degree in relevant Engineering field (mechanical/mechatronic/electric engineer)
•    At least 3-5 years manufacturing experience
•    Advanced English knowledge
•    Willingness to travel
•    Working experience with highly automated systems
•    Siemens PLC programming
•    Handling complex systems with multiple equipment manufacturer
•    Maintenance planning/execution with international team
•    Work in a strictly regulated environment

Nice-to-have:
•    Experience in leadership is an advantage
•    Experience in the design and acceptance of machine
