Job Description & Summary:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge generative models to create innovative solutions in the area of content creation, document processing, code generation, etc. You will work closely with product managers to translate research into impactful products and services. 

Responsibilities: 

As an AI Engineer with experience of 3 to 4 years, you will be responsible for providing technical solution to Business problem. You need to deliver solutions with right quality on right time and with optimum cost.  

• Model Development and Implementation: 

• Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and techniques, particularly in generative models. 

• Sound understanding of GenAI concepts like LLM, Langchain, RAG Framework, tokens, vector databases etc. 

• Working knowledge of using any LLM platforms like OpenAI, Bedrock etc. and models like GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral etc.  

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. 

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. 

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). 

• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models. 

• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis. 

• Experience working with different data modalities (e.g., images, text, audio). 

• Model Development and Implementation: 

• Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers, Diffusion Models) for various applications. 

• Implement and optimize deep learning architectures for efficient training and inference. 

• Experiment with different model architectures, hyperparameters, and training techniques to improve performance. 

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training generative models. 

• Evaluation and Optimization: 

• Evaluate the performance of generative models using appropriate metrics and benchmarks. 

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and improve model efficiency. 

• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure model reliability and robustness. 

• Passion and ability to do quick POCs on various GenAI technologies and evaluate their effectiveness in the context of the project. 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and deep learning. 

• Deployment and Maintenance: 

• Deploy trained models to production environments. 

• Monitor model performance and maintain model stability. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.
