These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Must have the intent to showcase integration related work to client and bring in more project work.
Must possess good presentation skills – both written and verbal.
Should possess optimized effort estimation skills.
Should be able to plan timelines for a project.
Practice Development Skills:
Should be a team player, with ability to lead a small to medium sized team.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
Must be focused on team development and coaching of team members.
Mandatory Skill sets:
Proven experience of managing integration track in a medium to large scale project
Capability to design the integration solution between SAP and Non-SAP systems, as well as different products of SAP, using SAP CPI, SAP PO, as well as SAP ABAP
Candidate should have ability to participate in infrastructure discussions around interfaces.
Candidate should be capable of delivering projects at client site and offshore.
Candidate must have experience in Custom Development, configuration, and Monitoring.
Candidate must have experience in Standard Integration Deployment and Configuration.
Candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP PO, with experience in CPI also preferable.
Candidate must have good communication skills.
Candidate should be able to manage a team, assign tasks to the team and should be proficient in progress / status reporting.
Experience in managing 24 X 7 AMS integration track is preferable.
Experience in practice management and project financials management is preferable.
Preferred skill sets:
Hands-on experience in SAP CPI. Integration experience with S4HANA, SuccessFactors and C4C, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service Management is preferrable.
Should be able to act as an SME on SAP CPI related design discussions.
Should be able to advise the client on best practices around SAP Cloud-to-Cloud, Cloud-to-On-premise, On-premise-to-Cloud, On-premise-to-On-premise integrations.
Should have good understanding of infrastructure around SAP Cloud Integrations.
Creation of ESR objects – Both dual stack and single stack.
Creation of ID Objects – Both dual stack and single stack.
Experience in working with NWDS is preferable.
Good skills in graphical mapping. Experience in Java mapping is preferable.
Good skills in Message Monitoring, Communication Channel Monitoring, Alert management etc.
Good skills in understanding concepts of standard Adapters like File, JDBC, SOAP, REST, Proxy, RFC, IDoc etc.
Good skills in standard ALE configuration, both single and dual stack.
Good skills in ABAP Proxy configuration, both single and dual stack.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Good skills in SLD, Technical Systems, Business Systems, Software Components, Products.
Understanding of Administration concepts.
Should be able to handle issues independently, as well as able to assign issues to team members, track the progress of issues and report the same to project team.
