Role overview:
We're looking for an AI-native campaign strategist who uses AI to accelerate
insight, creativity and execution -not replace critical thinking. You'll lead signal-led
vertical campaigns from the moment a market signal is identified through to a live,
continuously optimised campaign, partnering closely with our Market & Client
Intelligence team to turn emerging market signals into differentiated narratives and
high-impact campaigns.
You'll work hands-on with content, design, web and digital teams to bring
campaigns to life, then stay close to performance to keep optimising. You'll also
own our vertical pages on the website, building new ones for prioritised verticals
and keeping existing ones current. This is an individual contributor role that calls
for sharp judgment, comfort making fast decisions and genuine day-to-day
fluency working alongside AI. Not just familiarity with the AI tools, but a working
style built around them.
Responsibilities:
Signal to opportunity
● Partner with the Market & Client Intelligence team to understand the market
and client signals surfacing for vertical(s).

● Work with marketing leadership to assess and prioritise which signals are
strong enough to activate into a campaign.
AI-first narrative and campaign construction
● Own the campaign narrative, point of view and proof points for each
prioritised opportunity, grounded in real signals rather than broad
messaging.
● Work AI-first: use AI daily to accelerate ideation and the development of
campaign assets (web copy, promotional creative, sales enablement
content), so execution keeps pace with your thinking.
● Apply the following to every campaign: tie every asset to named accounts
and pipeline, build a distinct hook backed by real proof points and
pressure-test the angle against the competitive landscape before
committing.
Activation, collaboration and optimisation:
● Partner with content, design, web and digital teams to build and launch
campaign assets leading the collaboration, not just briefing it.
● Coordinate the full campaign journey end-to-end (webpage, ads, sales
enablement and more) so the campaign goes live as one coherent
experience.
● Own the vertical pages on our website: create new pages for newly
prioritised verticals and keep existing ones current as campaigns, proof
points and messaging evolve.
● Once live, closely track campaign performance in collaboration with digital
and field marketing teams and drive real-time optimisations to improve
reach, engagement and pipeline impact. Report on results against the
program's success measures and feed learnings back into the next signal.
Qualifications
● 6+ years in B2B marketing with experience in industry/vertical marketing,
campaign strategy or ABM (e.g., BFSI, Retail).

● A genuine AI-first working style with daily, hands-on use of AI in ideation,
content development and decision-making, not just familiarity with the
tools.
● Track trends across three areas continuously: marketing practice, AI
capability and the vertical(s) for which you’re managing the campaigns and
bring new tools and context back into the work.
● A strong bias for speed and action; comfortable prioritising and deciding
with incomplete information.
● Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills across global and
regional teams.
