HVAC Service Technician – Join a Team That Invests in You

Sila Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Stoneham team. If you're a skilled residential service technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
