Inventory and Administration Assistant

We are looking for an Inventory and Administration Assistant to join our growing team in Hungary.

Our office is in the center of Budapest, in WestEnd Office Towers and the Logistics department, where the Inventory and Administration Assistant position belongs, has an important role in the life of our company.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Manage import-related documentation and registrations.
• Support ESG reporting activities related to imports.
• Maintain import tracking files and container trackers.
• Manage supply chain invoice payment requests.
• Create and submit Purchase Orders (POs) for approval.
• Support SOX control and approval processes.
• Assist with inventory control in Excel and ERP systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in economics, logistics, business management or a related field
• 0-3 years of administrative experience
• Prior experience in Logistics and/or Pharma industry is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent time management
• Multi-tasking
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills
• ERP system knowledge is a plus
