As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our European HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting a variety of HR initiatives in an international and multicultural environment.
Title: Human Resources Intern
Hours: 24h-32h per week (Mon - Wed / Mon - Thu)
Internship duration: 3-4 months
Location: Rijswijk, South Holland, the Netherlands
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is available to start in October or November 2026.
- Is a recent graduate (within 12 months of graduation) or is nearing completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or a related field.
- Has previous HR internship, project, or work experience (preferred but not required).
- Has good Microsoft Excel skills and an interest in working with HR data, reports, and basic analysis.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proactive, responsible, well-organized, and eager to learn.
- Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment and is open to different perspectives and ways of working.
- Has a good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
What You Will Learn and Contribute
During this internship, you will gain practical experience in HR operations within an international business environment while supporting a variety of HR activities and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assisting with HR data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract administration, personnel records management, and offboarding activities.
- Assisting with HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and the development of HR documentation, materials, and guidelines.
- Learning how HR processes support business objectives through collaboration with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Providing general support on HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
