Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role
The HR Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical. In this role, you will play a key part in administering and enhancing employee programs, supporting and participating in HR initiatives and projects, and analyzing data to summarize for executive review and decision making.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of coordination, administration, data analysis, and relationship management. You will partner with HR team members, employees, vendors, and our partners in the business to deliver an outstanding employee experience while ensuring the smooth operation of various HR programs and processes.
This is a 12-month contract position.
What the Role Entails:
- Coordinate and administer employee-focused HR programs, including the formal employee recognition program and discounts and perks program.
- Analyze HR and employee-related data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Translate data into meaningful reports and visual presentations for various audiences
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure programs are effectively managed and continuously improved.
- Provide ongoing administrative, confidential assistant to HR Consultants/Business Partner and the HR Management team for selected organizational transitions, integrations or initiatives
- Stay current on the latest HR trends and actively seek opportunities for learning
- Act as a back-up resource for HRC/BPs to assist client groups
The Successful candidate will have:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Human Resources or Business Administration experience.
- CPHR/CHRL or in progress is required.
- Advanced proficiency working with data and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees, HR colleagues, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Mindset of growth, continuous improvement and a proactive customer-focused approach.
