What would you do? • Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, and leave administration. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle transactions within the HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM). Maintain data integrity across workforce systems, conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. • This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.
What are we looking for? • • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback. • • Allocate workload effectively across the team, managing capacity to meet SLAs and peak-volume periods. • • Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery within the team. • • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning for all direct reports.
