We are seeking an experienced HR leader with strong employee relations and HR operations expertise to serve as a strategic partner to the hospital and executive leadership. This role leads a small HR team and delivers comprehensive HR support across employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and talent initiatives in a healthcare environment. Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior and executive leaders
Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists/Specialists
Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and performance management
Partner with leadership on business strategy, workforce planning, and change initiatives
Oversee HR operations ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards (JCAHO, state, federal)
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data‑driven decisions
Support recruiting, salary offers, and total rewards processes
Coordinate FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and leave management
Ensure consistent delivery of HR programs, policies, and services

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and leadership
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
Strong business acumen, communication, and problem‑solving skills
HRIS/ATS proficiency (Workday experience a plus)
PHR/SPHR preferred
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
