Position Overview
The HR Partner is the go-to HR resource for the business teams they support. More than a policy enforcer, this role is a trusted advisor, someone managers and employees engage with. From navigating employee relations matters to coaching managers through tough conversations to partnering on full-cycle recruiting for their client group, the HR Partner keeps their business units staffed, grounded, supported, and performing.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Compensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units or functions, owning both HR partnering and talent acquisition for that population
- Manage employee relations matters end-to-end (investigations, documentation, resolutions) with care and consistency
- Partner on full-cycle recruiting, including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding
- Collaborate with COE teams (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) to deliver integrated people programs, escalating specialized sourcing or high-volume hiring needs as appropriate
- Coach managers on performance management, team dynamics, hiring decisions, and policy application
- Guide employees through HR processes, leave programs, accommodations, and workplace concerns
- Partner with leaders to identify people trends, including hiring, turnover, and retention patterns, and proactively address issues before they escalate
- Apply HR policies and employment law with good judgment across a variety of situations
- Contribute to department-wide HR initiatives as assigned
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and business partnership
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER situations with fairness and documentation rigor
- Experience managing a full recruiting cycle, from requisition to offer, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching instincts and the ability to build trust with managers at all levels
- Sound working knowledge of employment law across multiple states
- Professional and calm under pressure, especially in difficult conversations
- Bachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
