As an HR Intern, you will support the entire People & Culture team, composed of three members : the Chief People Officer, the People Manager and Senior People Operations.
From day one, you will contribute directly to the execution of core HR activities across employee administration, payroll, recruitment, onboarding & offboarding and campus management.
Throughout the internship, you will work on concrete operational tasks, coordinate multiple stakeholders and help ensure a smooth and consistent employee and candidate experience across the full People lifecycle.
Depending on priorities, you may contribute to :
HR Operations and employee lifecycle management
- Drafting employment contracts, amendments and internship agreements
- Managing employee administration topics such as medical check-ups, leave requests and meal vouchers
- Entering variable payroll elements for France and the UK via Payfit
- Supporting the development of internal and external training programs
Recruitment and campus management
- Writing and posting job and internship offers
- Screening applications and conducting pre-qualification interviews
- Coordinating recruitment processes
- Organizing and Participating in campus initiatives (career forums and workshops)
Onboarding
- Organizing new joiners’ integration from offer acceptance through their first days
- Preparing welcome packs, internal announcements, buddy system coordination and integration into HR tools
- Preparing and co-hosting onboarding sessions
Requirements
What we're looking for
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or University, with a specialization in Human Resources
- A strong interest in HR and people-related topics
- A resourceful, organized, proactive and curious mindset, with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high sense of confidentiality
- Excellent written French and fluent English

Benefits :
- Compensation : between 1300-1500 euros per month, depending on level of study.
- 50% transportation.
- 10€ meal voucher / day worked.
- 1 day paid leave per month worked.
This internship, based in Paris (La Madeleine), starts in January 2027
