We offer:
The Dormakaba Administrator will be part of the IT Global HR service team. Dormakaba (EXOS and B-COMM HCM) is currently being used in various countries, but has been managed decentrally and only by external partners so far. Dormakaba was recently added to the IT Global HR service portfolio, aiming to centralize management of the system set up and associated business processes, build up internal knowledge, professionalize vendor relationships etc. This role will drive this process and the incorporation into our services application portfolio. The role will also act as the main point of contact for business and IT regarding Dormakaba and will provide key maintenance support going forward. (70%)
This role will also act as the Specialist for one other dedicated HR IT system – the specific system is still to be defined. Training will be provided. (30%)
Tasks and Qualifications:
Accountabilities:
Act as Dormakaba Specialist (70%)
Support establishing an international support framework for Dormakaba with clear roles and responsibilities on business, IT and external side – leveraging global and local stakeholders
Document the setup of our different Dormakaba instances, identify areas of optimization and harmonization and work with stakeholders to realize these goals
Lead the design and delivery of new Dormakaba solutions and changes to existing configurations
Act as 1st and 2nd level support for end users
Run, maintain and monitor the Dormakaba instances, and complete upgrades as appropriate
Support integrations to global and local systems, like Workday and SAP
Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements
Ensure all processes are completed in alignment with Global IT standards and governance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, and cutover activities according to IT Governance standards
Act as Specialist for other HR IT system (30%)
Exact system to be defined, e.g. Qualtrics or WalkMe
Perform 1st level support activities and participate in system-related projects after training
Understand functional requirements and implement these, while following internal IT Governance processes
Required core competencies and skill sets:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and intercultural skills that allow smooth collaboration with the business, incl. coordination around system administration, following up on to dos, timelines etc.
Business Analyst mindset to understand the internal customer’s requirements and find the best solution for them
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to dive into and learn new systems
Experience in working in an international environment
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or with several years of relevant professional experience
Approx. 3 years experience in administration or implementation of Dormakaba
Qualifications/Specialization:
Dormakaba Administration experience
English C1
German: B1 or higher
