KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:

• Assist in routine staffing tasks, including new employee onboard, P-file updating & filing, and other documents management as required on time 协助Staffing工作，包括新员工入职手续、员工资料的更新和存档，及其他文档的管理
• Support in recruitment, include job posting, CV screen, interview coordination, and jobfair, etc 支持招聘工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试协调、参加招聘会等
• Assist in employee training, include training activities coordination, training record filing, etc 协助员工培训，包括培训记录归档、培训的协调安排等
• Assist payroll in attendance record 协助考勤记录的管理
• Support in organizing employee activities 支持员工活动的开展工作
• Support in daily admin if necessary 在必要的时候支持日常行政工作
• Any other assignments from the team 团队交代的其他任务

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

• Good communication in English 良好的英语沟通能力
• Data analysis skill 良好的数据分析技能

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 经验要求：

• Activity organization 活动组织
• Part time working experience is plus 有兼职工作经历者优先

EDUCATION 教育背景：

• B.S. in Business/Administration/Language, or above 本科及以上学历，经济/管理/语言类专业
• CET-6 or above 英语六级及以上
