About the Role
Imagine this. You are starting your HR career in an international aerospace and defense environment where engineering, technology, and people come together every day. As our HR Intern in Switzerland, you will work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to the employee lifecycle, HR operations, people data, and local HR activities.
This is a 12-month internship where you will take on real responsibilities from the start, help keep our HR processes and employee information running smoothly, and learn how HR operates inside a fast-growing international technology company.

What You'll Do
- Support our HR team with day-to-day HR activities and employee-related topics in Switzerland
- Keep our employee database and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, internal moves, documentation, and offboarding
- Help prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records
- Support the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and people data for HR activities and decision-making
- Coordinate onboarding activities and help new employees navigate their first days and weeks at Destinus
- Assist the HR team with recurring people processes, meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Contribute to local and international HR projects focused on improving processes and the employee experience
- Support internal events and employee initiatives that strengthen collaboration across our teams
- Work closely with our international People team and gain exposure to different HR practices across Destinus locations
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a commercial qualification such as a CFC or EFZ with an HRSE qualification
- Strong interest in developing your career in HR and gaining practical experience in an HR environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working in an international environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional working proficiency in English, as this is our main working language
- French language skills are highly valued for supporting our local team in Canton of Vaud
- Previous HR, administrative, or people-related internship experience is a plus
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
- Availability to complete a 12-month internship
