Ця роль передбачає надання комплексної кадрової підтримки та участь у розробці й впровадженні HR-програм і політик з метою створення позитивного та продуктивного робочого середовища для наших співробітників.

Завдання:

• консультування працівників щодо кадрових питань, ведення кадрового діловодства відповідно до законодавства України та внутрішніх політик компанії
• оформлення прийому, переведення, звільнення працівників, ведення особових справ
• супровід процесів оформлення щорічних відпусток, лікарняних, декретних, тощо
• підготовка довідок, наказів, звітів та інших документів.

Знання та навички:

• Володіння англійською не нижче В1;
• Знання трудового законодавства буде перевагою, але ми готові навчати;
• Сильні навички комунікації та ведення перемовин;
