Sobre esta vaga de HR Generalist APAC na Dlocal
What's the opportunity?
We're looking for a People Generalist, APAC to own end-to-end recruitment for the region while also supporting office management and team activities. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver smooth hiring and onboarding, and to keep the day-to-day employee experience running well. A key part of your impact will be spotting opportunities to standardize and automate recruiting and admin workflows, reducing manual effort and improving data quality across the hiring funnel.
What will you be doing?
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (~85%)
Run end-to-end recruitment for junior–mid roles across APAC: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, offers, and candidate experience, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in the ATS.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using channels such as referrals, job boards, and LinkedIn; track funnel metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates) to inform sourcing focus.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics: offers and contracts, background checks, equipment requests, access management, and first-week schedules.
Maintain accurate recruiting data in the ATS/HRIS and build simple dashboards or reports (Sheets/Excel) to keep hiring managers and the People team informed on pipeline health.
Identify and propose automation and process improvements — standardizing templates and macros, interview scheduling tools, checklists, or simple forms — to reduce manual effort and errors across the hiring process.
Office Management & Team Experience (~15%)
Support office management: supplies and equipment, space and seating, and mail/shipments, to keep the workspace running smoothly.
Plan and help launch team activities and engagement moments that contribute to a positive day-to-day employee experience.
What skills do you need?
3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment in a fast-paced environment, ideally covering multiple APAC markets.
Proficiency with an ATS and an HRIS; comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking, reporting, and light analysis.
Strong organization and vendor management skills; detail-oriented with reliable follow-through on tasks, invoices, and documentation.
Clear, professional communication and stakeholder management; able to support candidates, employees, and managers with empathy and discretion.
Automation mindset: proactively streamline workflows, standardize templates, and partner with others to implement simple tools or integrations that improve efficiency and data quality.
Advanced English (mandatory); additional Asian language(s) are a plus.
