What You’ll Do At Elekta

As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda, predominantly across our East Europe Cluster. You will partner closely with business leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement and business transformation across a diverse, multi-country environment.

This is an influential role that combines strategic people partnering with operational delivery. You will work at the heart of the business, helping leaders build high-performing teams, navigate change and create a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives that build organisational capability.
• Lead organisational design and workforce planning activities to support growth, transformation and evolving business needs.
• Use people data, engagement insights and organisational metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster inclusion, wellbeing, retention and high performance.
• Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee relations and people-related challenges.
• Promote an inclusive, engaging and high-performance culture across multiple countries and diverse teams.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in compliance with local legislation and company standards.
• Coordinate HR operations and payroll inputs to help deliver a seamless employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within an international or multi-country organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across East Europe (Romania, Serbia, Croatia & Greece), or experience supporting multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated experience driving employee engagement, culture initiatives and organisational change.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience across talent management, performance management, organisational development and change initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Experience using people data, engagement survey results and workforce insights to support business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures, markets and business environments.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
