Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for COV China several LE's Payroll/T&A normal process, follow Payroll related KPI (including S4U) to make sure the monthly payroll accuracy and payout timely

• Ensure correct and timely operation of ICS Control and responsible for monthly ICS control activities such as sample check, ICS management process and etc.

• Support to improve& optimize Payroll/Time & Attendance process with digital solution and more efficient approach.

• Support on Payroll and Time related system (Workday, SAP) update / set up, work with HR IT team or vendor to take care system testing and make sure system stable for implementation.

• Assist with COV China Time related implementation topics including shift arrangement ,OT & leave management , support DTA to conduct Time Administration tasks under existing guidance.

• Support governmental related subsidy topic application process.

• Perform other duties / ad-hoc projects as directed, be consistent with the classification level of the position.

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience):

• University degree or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of work experience in HR, solid knowledge in Payroll/Time & Attendance related concept and local labor law, good operation at HR system (Workday or SAP, etc. ) is plus

• English language skills, fluent in written and spoken

• Good communication and customer service orientation.

• Familiar with social welfare policy, related experience in handling payroll staff entrance/exit procedures

Ensures accurate and timely payroll execution in compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations, minimizing financial and legal risk to the company. Measured by payroll accuracy rate, on-time payment delivery, and audit compliance outcomes.

Contribution Context:

Individual Contributor and Team Member within the HR Payroll & Time Management team, executing payroll transactions independently within defined procedures while collaborating closely with team peers to deliver reliable HR process.

•Managers &Employees；

•Relevant HR team colleague (including HR(B)P, COE);

•Internal other department (e.g. Procurement, LIPC, CFO function, etc.)

•External parties ( including Governmental officers and HR vendors such as EFESCO, Strada etc.)
