Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with employment legislation, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Manage HRIS (Workday), reporting, and keep employee data up-to-date.
- Support the HRBP with HR related initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
- HR Experience: 1-2 years in HR Coordinator or Advisory roles.
- Autonomous & Resilient: Thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
- ER Savvy: Moderate knowledge and skills in Employee Relations.
- Influencer: Ability to coach and enable leaders with exceptional communication skills.
- Legislation Knowledge: Understanding of New Zealand legal environment
- Passionate: Driven to deliver value-based initiatives and solutions.
