For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team in Karavostasi,Thesprotia.

The Role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will supervise daily housekeeping operations, guide the team and ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet MarBella Collection’s quality, hygiene and service standards.

A Day in the Job

Excellent housekeeping is built on consistency, leadership and attention to every detail.

Here's what a typical day in Corfu could look like:

•        You supervise, train and motivate housekeeping team members to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.

•        You inspect guest rooms, corridors and public areas to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.

•        You assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping team members.

•        You report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering and Maintenance team for repairs.

•        You monitor cleaning supplies, linen and amenities, supporting effective stock management.

•        You support the recruitment, induction and evaluation of housekeeping team members.

•        You ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene procedures, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable.

•        You handle guest complaints or housekeeping requests promptly and professionally.

•        You maintain records related to team performance, attendance and daily operations.

Is This You?

Essential qualifications:

•        Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

•        Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.

•        Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.

•        Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

•        Professional appearance and positive attitude.

•        Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
