Job Responsibilities:

• Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set

• Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Company

• Handle guest enquirers in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests

Job Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. English preferable

• Knowledge of chemical usage and machinery operation preferred
