Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $187,000 to $197,300 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Qualifications
Mass General Brigham is seeking an Experienced (two years) Part-Time (0.5 FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician to join our thriving team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts. What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight inpatient care for adult patients
- Collaborate with daytime hospitalist teams for seamless transitions
- Triage and admit patients from the Emergency Department
- Work closely with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols
- Join our team and make a meaningful impact on quality care during the critical overnight hours!
- This is a part-time role that is comprised of six (6) shifts per month, 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Participate in a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and a high standard of care.
