Job Summary:

Job Summary: This position will provide assistance to instructors teaching on-campus (and possibly online) courses.

Job Duties: A teaching assistant may be asked to complete any of the following job duties:

• Assist with attendance reporting.

• Assess completion of online quizzes.

• Review and assess assignments using a rubric designed by the instructor.

• Communicate with primary instructor about issues/concerns associated with a student’s assignment or lack of completion.

• Maintain confidentiality of ALL student materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HHP Curriculum including HLTH 264 and HLTH 265.

• Enrolled at half-time status at UW-Superior.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Canvas.

Approximate Hours/Week: 5-10

Pay Rate: $11/hour
