Position Summary
You will join a motivated hospital sales team in Taiwan focused on improving patient care. You will build trusted relationships with hospital clinicians and healthcare teams. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital specialists, multidisciplinary teams and hospital decision makers.
- Create and execute territory business plans that meet sales targets and improve patient access.
- Present clear, accurate scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with medical affairs, market access and commercial colleagues to design and deliver coordinated local initiatives.
- Use market, performance and competitor data to identify opportunities and refine plans.
- Manage territory activities, budgets and CRM records in line with company standards and compliance.

This role is based in Taiwan and is on-site with regular travel across your assigned territory. You will spend most of your time meeting healthcare professionals and working with local colleagues. Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience working with hospital-based healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Conversational English is an advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to inform territory decisions.
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel regularly across your territory.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience working in a teaching hospital or large medical centre.
- Background in specialty medicines, vaccines, oncology or a related therapeutic area.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and present findings clearly to clinicians.
- Established network of hospital contacts in Taiwan.
- Experience working across cross-functional or matrix teams.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, including managing budgets and territory plans.
