Labcorp is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Work Schedule: 37h/week, Monday – Thursday 8.45am – 5pm, Friday 8.45am – 4.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing daily helpdesk requests through the TMS system
• Monitoring the facilities helpdesk, responding to email and telephone enquiries and triaging tasks where required
• Raising helpdesk requests for relevant departments or contractors
• Maintaining the central database of purchasing requisitions raised by facilities
• Updating and managing the annual contractor scheduling for preventative maintenance
• Undertaking administrative tasks as required by facilities management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Educated to GCSE Level or Equivalent

Additional Job Standards:

• Prior experience in a helpdesk or facilities administrator role, ideally within a corporate environment
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders
• Ideally you will hold experience with TMS systems, however strong IT skills will be considered
