Stellenbeschreibung 

Er legt Grünflächen an. Zu seinen Tätigkeiten zählen unter anderem auch Rodungen, Bodenbewegungen und vorbereitungen, Pflaster- und Pflanzarbeiten und die anschließende Pflege der Grünflächen und Pflanzen.  

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: 

• Transport von Bau- und Pflanzmaterialien sowie Geräten  

• Hilfe bei der Gestaltung und Pflege von Außenanlagen  

• Hilfe bei Pflanzungen von Bäumen, Büschen, Stauden und Blumen  

• Hilfe beim Baum-, Strauch- und Heckenschnitt  

• Mäharbeiten  

• Hilfe bei Aushub-, Verlege-, Pflasterarbeiten  

• Teilnahme am Winterdienst in den Wintermonaten im Schichtbetrieb  

• Beladen und Führen von Räumfahrzeugen  

• Kann zu anderen Arbeiten herangezogen werden  

• Fuehren von Fahrzeugen bis inkl. Klasse B  

Ist vertraut im Umgang mit den gängigen Werkstoffen, sowie Maschinen, Werkzeugen, Betriebs- und Arbeitsmitteln.  

Jede/r Arbeitnehmer/in hat neben den in dieser Stellenbeschreibung aufgeführten Tätigkeiten auf Weisung ihres/seines Vorgesetzten andere Tätigkeiten auszuführen, die dem Wesen nach zu ihrem/seinem Arbeitsplatz gehören oder betrieblich notwendig sind.   

Erforderliche Qualifikationen: 

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung gewünscht.

Arbeitsumgebung, Körperliche Anforderungen und Geistige Anforderungen: 
Während der Ausführung der Tätigkeiten in dieser Position ist der/die Mitarbeiter/in häufig verpflichtet zu gehen; die Hände zum Greifen, Führen oder Tasten zu benutzen; mit den Händen und Armen zu greifen; zu sprechen oder zu hören sowie zu riechen oder zu schmecken. 
Erforderlich sind außerdem das Arbeiten auf Leitern, Gerüsten und Plattformen, Stehen, Bücken und Arbeiten in engen Bereichen; das Heben und Tragen von Werkzeugen und Ausrüstung, die gelegentlich mehr als 40 Pfund (ca. 18 kg) wiegen können. 
Zu den spezifischen Sehanforderungen gehören Nahsicht, Fernsicht, Farbsehen, peripheres Sehen sowie die Fähigkeit, den Fokus anzupassen. 
Während der Ausführung der Tätigkeiten ist der/die Mitarbeiter/in häufig beweglichen mechanischen Teilen ausgesetzt und gelegentlich nassen und/oder feuchten Bedingungen; großen Höhen; Dämpfen oder Partikeln in der Luft; giftigen oder ätzenden Chemikalien; Außenwetterbedingungen; extremer Kälte; extremer Hitze; sowie dem Risiko elektrischer Schläge. Der Geräuschpegel in der Arbeitsumgebung ist in der Regel moderat.

Job Description 

Purpose of the Position (Brief Description of Responsibilities) 

He creates green areas. His activities also include, among other things, clearing, earthmoving and earthwork  
preparation, paving and planting work, and the subsequent maintenance of green areas and plants 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Design and maintenance of outdoor facilities 

• Plant and green area maintenance 

• Planting trees, shrubs, perennials and flowers 

• Tree, shrub and hedge trimming 

• Mowing work 

• Excavation, laying and paving work 

• Participation in winter maintenance services in shifts during the winter months 

• Loading and driving snow-clearing vehicles 

• Driving vehicles up to and including Class B 

• May be called upon for other work 

Is familiar with the handling of common materials as well as machinery, tools, operating equipment and work equipment. 

In addition to the activities listed in this job description, every employee must perform, as directed by his/her supervisor, other activities that by their nature belong to his/her position or are operationally necessary. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Completed vocational training as a landscape gardener. Several years of professional experience desired. 

• Motivation and passion

• Class B driver's license

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.  Requires climbing on ladders, scaffolding, and platforms standing, bending, and working in cramped areas; lifting and carrying tools and equipment which occasionally may weigh over 40 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.  The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk and risk of electrical shock.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
