Job Description:

Help connect top healthcare talent with opportunities across the US!

We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who can source, screen, and engage clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
 

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract healthcare professionals through job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for experience, licenses, certifications, availability, and job fit.
• Manage multiple candidate pipelines and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct phone screens and endorse qualified candidates to the hiring team.
• Keep candidates engaged and provide a positive recruitment experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS.
• Partner with internal teams for credentialing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Consistently meet sourcing, screening, and hiring targets.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year recruitment experience, preferably in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting clinical, allied health, or healthcare support professionals is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentialing.
• Experience using job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS.
• Excellent English communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and pipeline management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
