What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the administrative workflows that keep healthcare provider organizations running. How It Works
You will complete an asynchronous remote survey detailing your day-to-day administrative tasks. We will ask you to walk through how you handle billing, credentialing, and prior authorizations within your organization. You will also react to different scenarios involving payer interactions and describe any current workflow challenges you face. The entire process is conducted online and allows you to share your experiences directly.
