The selection of components for Ajax device manufacturing is determined by the presence of manufacturer declarations confirming compliance with RoHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Control and manage team together with project managers for achieve results in production planning, procurement, replenishment, logistics and warehouse scope
Ensure the production planning process at high level and at the weekly/daily basis (scheduling)
Manage the coverage production by direct and non-direct materials
Develop and deploy inventory and warehousing performance
Ensure logistics process (import, export and local),
Ensure a proactive fulfilling all legal requirements for import and export (Customs, Cyber Security, Ministry of Technology, etc.). All import and export activities to be worked with official bodies in the most effective way, ensuring the best results
Procurement process support (global and local suppliers)
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for achieve the results.
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Providing regular communication and reporting to the leadership team to keep apprised of the status, development, success, and overall growth in company’s supply chain efficiency
Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Production/Operations/Logistics Management
5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Logistics
Proven experience in managing budgets in excess of 20M
Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management
Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, procedures, and standard
Skilled in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Excellent leadership in building effective teams by creating an inspiring environment and challenging present for continuous growth and talent development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture strong relationships with different stakeholders.
Strong ability in analytical thinking, teamwork, managing, solving problems, and negotiation skills with the drive for results
Business fluent knowledge of English
