The Role:

We're hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition at Coram. Paid sits inside demand gen today, and this role makes it its own function. You'll own the budget, the channels, and the team, and you'll be measured on pipeline and revenue, not clicks.

You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work onsite in Sunnyvale, next to the sales team you're feeding.

Responsibilities:

• Own paid strategy and budget across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Hit pipeline and CAC targets by channel, and report on them weekly

• Build full-funnel attribution in HubSpot and GA4, from search query to closed-won

• Run landing pages, offers, and conversion testing

• Put spend where our buyers are: facility directors, IT leaders, superintendents, and police chiefs

• Lead and grow the team, starting with two performance marketers plus agencies and freelancers

• Partner with sales and growth engineering on programs that hand warm accounts to SDRs

• Use AI and automation to keep the team lean and fast
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-12 years in performance or growth marketing, including 3+ years leading the function

• Experience marketing a physical product (security, IoT, robotics, industrial hardware, or similar) to B2B buyers

• Personally scaled paid spend past $15M a year

• Still hands-on in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn

• Able to tie spend to closed revenue in a CRM. HubSpot and GA4 preferred

• Have hired and managed performance marketers

• Daily user of LLMs for analysis, copy, and automation

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels

• Ability to work 5 days a week onsite
