MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that NAB’s risk mgmt. strategy, operational risk mgmt. and control frameworks are applied effectively in the GIIC;
• Advice and guidance on risk, obligations, events and control items;
• Compliance plans – assist to identify applicable obligations and design controls, evidence points and indictors to effectively monitor compliance;
• Performing risk and control reviews and regularly assessing impacts;
• Ensuring issues are known and resolved in a timely manner, lead gap assessment and treatment plan execution;
• Leverage skills form other specialist teams as needed and is suitable;
• Management of control environment through design, testing and mgmt. of controls
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
  

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years' experience working in operational risk, controls, obligation mgmt. including experience in control assessment and development
• Outstanding stakeholder mgmt. skills – up to executive level and beyond
• Highly developed communication skills – verbal and written
• Deep understanding of risk management
• Ability to distil, simplify and summarise complex regulatory information into crisp action plans
• Bachelor's degree qualification in an aligned discipline.
