I’m Cecilia Forsberg, leading Brand & Marketing for Telia Sweden. We are now looking for an experienced, curious, and confident Head of Agency Content & Production to lead our high-performing in-house agency team and help shape the next chapter of Telia’s marketing transformation.

This is a key role within our Brand & Marketing leadership team, operating where business, products, channels, technology, and creativity come together to strengthen our brand and drive commercial impact. You will join a team that has significantly strengthened every key brand metric, improved campaign effectiveness, and contributed directly to business growth.

What you will do

In this role, you will lead Telia’s in-house agency and a team of 12 experienced colleagues responsible for creating content that delivers on our commercial ambitions. You will lead production managers, content creators, designers, art directors, and copywriters, while working closely with business management, marketing management, digital teams, and retail teams.

Collaboration is at the heart of both the role and the team. You will work closely with stakeholders across Telia, external agencies, and key partners such as Netflix, Apple, Samsung, Google, SHL, SkiStar, and BRIS.

You enable people to do their best work while ensuring that team activities support our brand, marketing objectives, and commercial goals. You stay close to stakeholders to understand what matters most and confidently challenge activities that do not create clear value. You are curious about new ways of working, emerging technologies, AI, and industry developments, while maintaining a strong focus on what can be implemented and create impact today.

You believe in the power of understanding customers and using those insights to create relevant content ideas across different customer consideration and purchase touchpoints. We expect you to continuously identify new opportunities to leverage AI and marketing technology, driving greater efficiency and creating a competitive advantage for Telia.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, explore, and challenge how we work, turning strategic concepts into impactful activations and content production across paid and owned channels, including our website, CVM communications, and Telia stores.
• Care for both the team and the way we work by maintaining high standards, setting clear priorities, and building processes and ways of working that enable people to perform at their best.
• Simplify through proactive planning and close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring the team remains focused on the activities that create the greatest value.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Proven senior leadership experience, with 5+ years in similar roles. You bring a broad understanding of marketing, a strong interest in customer behavior, and a clear perspective on how marketing activities drive commercial results efficiently and effectively. Experience from large brands, either through agency work with major clients or from an in-house marketing function, is highly valued.
• Strong experience in leading teams and operational planning. You understand how to develop messaging across multiple channels and how to engage customers throughout their consideration and purchase journeys. You actively explore the intersection of creativity and technology to enhance quality, scalability, speed, and relevance.
• The ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments and help prioritize the initiatives that make the greatest impact through clear communication, collaboration, and structured ways of working.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
