Job Description

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee early childhood education programs and staff.
- Develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Ensure compliance with early childhood education standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on program performance and metrics.
- Provide training and support to early childhood educators.

**Skills:**
- Strong leadership and early childhood education management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and standards.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in early childhood education management.
- Professional certification in early childhood education preferred.
