micro1 is engaging Gujarati Transcription Experts to contribute to a dynamic project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work:

1. Listen to and accurately transcribe audio content in Gujarati into written text, ensuring language authenticity and contextual integrity.
2. Review, proofread, and edit transcriptions for clarity, grammatical accuracy, and fidelity to the original audio.
3. Annotate linguistic nuances, cultural references, or regional dialects present in the source material.
4. Collaborate with project coordinators and provide feedback on transcription guidelines and tools.
5. Maintain consistency in style, formatting, and terminology across all assigned submissions.
6. Meet established project milestones and deliverables in accordance with outlined requirements.
7. Provide timely written and verbal communication regarding project progress, queries, or potential issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Gujarati, with deep familiarity with regional variations.
2. Demonstrated experience in audio transcription, captioning, or linguistic annotation, particularly in Gujarati.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in text conversion and review.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear collaboration and reporting.
5. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently in a remote context.
6. Knowledge of transcription software and tools is a plus.
7. Interest in language technology, AI, or related projects is advantageous.
