Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the guest relations team to provide outstanding service and support to all guests.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
• Organize and coordinate guest events and special requests to create unforgettable experiences.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to streamline services and guest interactions.
• Monitor guest experiences and feedback, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of exceptional service within the team, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
• Analytical mindset to assess guest feedback and implement effective strategies for improvement.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of Greek culture and traditions.
