The Role of Guest Experience Agent:

We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Experience Agent to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, the Guest Experience Agent is responsible for creating exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures, anticipating guest needs, handling special requests, and delivering memorable interactions that reflect Four Seasons' legendary service standards.

The Guest Experience Agent actively supports the recognition and care of VIP, Elite, and return guests by maintaining accurate guest preferences, coordinating special arrangements, and collaborating closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments. The role also assists with guest communications, service recovery, guest engagement initiatives, and ensuring all guest concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.

Our Ideal Guest Experience Agent Candidate Will Have:

This position requires a passionate hospitality professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to build genuine connections with guests from diverse backgrounds.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or luxury hospitality operations is preferred.

A solid work ethic, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will be a true ambassador of the Four Seasons Golden Rule, creating memorable experiences while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is required for this role, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
