Perfil del puesto y competencias necesarias
Escolaridad: Secundaria o Preparatoria o Carrera Técnica
Años de Experiencia: 1 a 3 Años
Conocimientos:Lectura Diagramas y Dibujo
Habilidades técnicas: Cualitativas y cuantitativas y habilidades de comunicación
Idioma: Ingles
Responsabilidades :
- Cumplir con la política y objetivos de Calidad y Seguridad de la compañia
- Dar soporte al Supervisor del área en donde sea asignado, asegurarse que todo el Personal use el EPP.
- Mantener la programación de la producción asegurando que todos los Componentes estén presentes en la línea
- Proveer entrenamiento a los empleados que este a su cargo
- Mantener y reforzar los estándares de seguridad y calidad en el area asignada
- Mantener los rates de Producción y Calidad establecidos por Calidad e Ingenieria
- Llenado de los TPM’s y seguimiento en caso de generar ordenes de trabajo
- Prevenir la generación de desperdicio y dar la correcta disposición del mismo cuando sea generado
- Reportar cualquier descuido o problemas de Producción al supervisor.
- Prevenir cuellos de botella
- Responsable de Equipo, Material y Subensambles
- Mantener las 5s del area de trabajo
- Disponibilidad de Horarios
- Actitud de Servicio y Sentido de Urgencia.
