You will be the visual voice of the brand from launch. This is an end-to-end design role spanning brand, marketing, social media, and product catalogue design.

If you want to own a brand's visual identity rather than execute someone else's design system, this role is for you. You'll work directly with the founders and have a significant impact on how the brand is perceived.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Design social media creatives, ad creatives, and campaign assets across Instagram, Meta Ads, and other marketing channels.
• Create and edit product catalogue imagery for our app and marketplaces, including retouching, color correction, and layout design.
• Design brand collaterals such as banners, packaging, print materials, presentations, and in-store/office branding.
• Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and catalogue teams to deliver high-quality designs at a fast pace.

Must-Have Skills

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both:
• Social media and marketing creatives.
• Product/catalogue design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong apparel retouching and color-correction skills.
• Ability to work quickly and independently, producing multiple high-quality assets every day.
• Prior experience designing for a fashion, lifestyle, or D2C consumer brand is preferred.

You Are Not a Fit If

• Your portfolio is primarily focused on UI/UX, logo design, or corporate presentation design.
• You have little or no experience designing for consumer brands, especially social media or e-commerce.

Screening Criteria (Mandatory)

• Startup experience is a must-have.
• Candidates should be immediate joiners or have a notice period of 30 days or less.
• Candidates must be able to clearly explain the rationale behind the design decisions in their portfolio.

Portfolio Evaluation

During portfolio reviews, assess not only the quality of the work but also the candidate's design thinking.

For example:

• If they have designed creatives for two dresses at different price points, ask how and why the designs differ.
• Probe their understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, target audience, positioning, pricing perception, and communication.
• Look for thoughtful reasoning behind typography, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall creative direction—not just proficiency with design tools.
