Our Front Office business is customer-focused and brings together expertise across Customer Sales, Trading, Primary Capital Markets, Private Financing, and CMU & xVA. Together, these teams support our customers to navigate markets, manage risk and meet their financing needs across Rates, FX and Credit products.

Your graduate journey

As a graduate trainee on our NatWest Markets Front Office programme, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Front Office graduate programme, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree or a 3.4 GPA
• A strong customer focus
• The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment
• A flair for innovation
• Curiosity and an open mind
• A genuine passion for learning and development
