Your next career opportunity
You will support science graduate researchers through high-quality candidature administration and responsive, student-centred service.
You will coordinate key enrolment, induction and development activities that support research training across seven schools.
What you will deliver:
- Administer graduate researcher enrolments, inductions and candidature variations within policy frameworks and agreed service standards.
- Provide accurate advice on University and Faculty policies to graduate researchers, supervisors and professional staff.
- Plan and support induction, enrichment and professional development events for graduate researchers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing processes, implementing enhancements and sharing good practice across the team.
- Prepare reports and communications, including newsletter content, to support compliance, planning and engagement.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Demonstrate skill interpreting policy and advising diverse stakeholders on procedures and requirements.
- Manage high-volume workloads with accuracy, meeting deadlines in busy, deadline-driven environments.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, tailoring messages for students, academics and senior staff.
- Value inclusive, student-centred service and enjoy working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Use databases, spreadsheets and reporting tools confidently, with capacity to learn new systems quickly.
- Hold an undergraduate qualification or bring equivalent administrative experience in complex organisations.
