About the Role
With more than 15 years of mine life ahead of us, there’s never been a better time to join our team.
At Catalyst, geology sits at the core of our operational success. This is an operations-focused role embedded within our underground mine, working closely with mining and technical services to drive safe and predictable production outcomes.
Our deposits are technically complex and require disciplined interpretation, detailed modelling and strong collaboration on the ground. While we operate a consistent underground mining method, variability within our ore bodies demands sharp geological thinking and attention to detail.
Our resource definition and grade control programs feed directly into a robust geological model that supports up to six months of planned production. This is a hands-on environment where data quality, geological interpretation and real-time decision-making genuinely matter.
