Job Summary

We are part of the Software & Platforms practice and help technology and platform companies reinvent how they build, commercialize and scale products in the AI era.

We are looking for a Product Reinvention Manager who brings strong product strategy and product management expertise combined with practical understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI. The role will work with senior client stakeholders across product portfolio strategy, platform product management, AI-enabled product transformation, commercial model innovation and product adoption.

The candidate should be able to independently shape complex client problems, lead Product Reinvention engagements, define transformation roadmaps, guide multidisciplinary teams and translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable customer and business outcomes.

The Manager will also play an active role in client development, proposal shaping, capability building and developing reusable Product Reinvention assets and thought leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Portfolio Reinvention: Lead client engagements to assess product portfolios, market opportunities, competitive positioning and customer needs. Shape portfolio strategy, product-market fit assessments, portfolio rationalization, investment prioritization, build / buy / partner decisions and outcome-driven product roadmaps.
• Platform Product Strategy & Operating Model: Advise clients on moving from siloed products toward scalable platform models. Define platform strategy, shared capabilities, product governance, product operating models, decision rights, squad structures, OKRs, KPIs and cross-product dependency models.
• GenAI & Agentic Product Reinvention: Identify and prioritize high-value GenAI and Agentic AI opportunities across the product lifecycle. Shape AI product strategies, agentic workflows and target-state solution concepts including human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, escalation mechanisms, explainability and governance.
• AI-enabled Product Lifecycle Transformation: Help product organizations redesign how they research, prioritize, design, build, test, release and continuously improve products using AI. Define the target-state product lifecycle, operating model and implementation roadmap required to move from traditional stage-gate delivery toward continuous, AI-enabled product development.
• AI Use Case & Investment Strategy: Lead structured identification and prioritization of AI opportunities based on customer value, strategic relevance, differentiation, feasibility, data readiness and risk. Develop AI investment roadmaps, business cases, PoC portfolios and recommendations on build versus buy and first-party versus third-party solutions.
• Commercial & Growth Model Transformation: Advise clients on evolving product monetization and go-to-market models, including subscription, usage-based, outcome-based, freemium and hybrid models. Shape pricing and packaging, product-led growth, activation, bundling, cross-sell, upsell and customer retention strategies.
• Product Adoption & Value Realisation: Define approaches for product and AI adoption covering stakeholder readiness, onboarding, enablement, Voice of Customer, adoption metrics and continuous improvement. Establish measurement frameworks linking product adoption and AI investments to customer and business outcomes.
• Client Advisory & Engagement Leadership: Own senior client relationships within engagements, facilitate executive workshops, structure ambiguous business problems and communicate recommendations to product, business and technology leadership. Manage scope, delivery quality, risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment across transformation programmes.
• Business Development & Solution Shaping: Identify and shape new Product Reinvention opportunities, develop proposals and RFP responses, define solution approaches, support client orals and contribute to account growth. Bring relevant market, product and AI perspectives into client conversations.
• Practice & Capability Development: Develop Product Reinvention offerings, frameworks, accelerators, points of view and reusable delivery assets. Contribute to thought leadership on AI-native products, platform strategy, agentic product development and evolving software business models.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coach consulting teams across strategy and transformation engagements. Provide structured guidance, review analyses and deliverables, develop junior team members and coordinate effectively across product, design, engineering, data, AI and industry specialists.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Strong experience in product strategy and product management, including product-market fit, portfolio strategy, market and customer assessment, roadmap design, prioritization, product lifecycle management, OKRs and KPIs.
• Experience advising or working with Software, SaaS, platform, marketplace, digital-native or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI and their application to digital products, product development and enterprise workflows.
• Ability to shape AI product strategies and prioritize AI investments based on business value, customer impact, differentiation, technical feasibility, data readiness and risk.
• Strong understanding of agentic concepts including agents, tools, multi-step workflows, action flows, human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, escalation, explainability, auditability and evaluation.
• Exposure to LLM selection and evaluation, RAG, prompt engineering, AI PoCs and AI-enabled product development.
• Strong understanding of platform product management, including APIs, reusable capabilities, platform governance, ecosystem models and product operating models.
• Understanding of modern software commercial models including subscription, usage-based, outcome-based, freemium and product-led growth.
• Ability to develop business cases, opportunity assessments, transformation roadmaps and executive recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong consulting problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable client recommendations.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable engaging senior product, business and technology leaders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and managing complex client workstreams or transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting or leading business development, proposal development, RFP responses and client presentations.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with product analytics, rapid prototyping or data visualization tools is a plus.
