Job Description

- Lead and manage the India-based GMSS team, with accountability for service delivery performance and GCC operational metrics

- Own local delivery accountability for GMSS service level agreements (SLAs), key deliverables, and operational rhythms

- Act as the primary liaison between global GMSS leadership and GCC-based GMSS team members

- Serve as the first point of escalation for site-level operational issues and risks. Drive local implementation of the GMSS organizational structure, governance model, and operating framework

- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across Business Groups (BGs), GMSS, GCC leadership, and external BPO partners.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

- Support hiring of India GMSS team members
