About the Role

As the Global Supply Chain Capability Manager, you sit at the intersection of supply chain operational excellence, capability building, internal controls, and strategy across our country programs. You will rally together with global & country supply chain teams to elevate functional mastery across procurement, logistics, and retail operations, maximizing efficiency, governance, and impact.

Responsibilities

Strategy & roadmap:

  • Define and execute the long-term Supply Chain Capability strategy, OKRs, and roadmap in close alignment and collaboration with country supply chain leadership teams to address organizational objectives, country reality & needs, 2030 SC vision, and the evolving operating context and technology.

Eliminate losses or “waste” along the end-to-end supply chain:

  • Rally together with country supply chain teams and serving as a subject matter expert to global and country (supply chain) leadership.

Operational excellence & best practices:

  • Lead Communities of Practice (COPs) to foster practical cross-country learning, drive rapid adoption of best practices, and innovation tailored to each country’s execution. Together with the capability team, provide functional structural capability programs and spot coaching tailored to the country and individual needs of all supply chain professionals.

Capability assessments & continuous improvement:

  • Conduct benchmarking, capability assessments, and knowledge checks across people, processes, and systems, tracking KPI/IPMs to drive collaborative, data-driven improvements in training approach, processes, and systems.

Supply chain systems  training:

  • Oversee supply chain system enhancements in close coordination with country leadership to ensure alignment with (industry) best process practices, country program needs, and realities; lead change management and training initiatives, pivoting where needed to drive meaningful adoption.

Governance, controls & risk mitigation:

  • Continuously improve and tighten internal controls and performance dashboards to mitigate operational risks, prevent losses, inventory fraud, and maintain compliance. Work closely with internal audit, investigations, and country supply chain teams to ensure gaps are captured, prioritized, and addressed with sustainable interventions.

Process & policy documentation:

  • Own and continuously refine SOPs, policy guidance, and knowledge management resources to preserve institutional knowledge and drive golden standards across teams.

Career Growth and Development

We have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people. You’ll have weekly check-ins with your manager, access to mentorship and training programs, and regular feedback on your performance. We hold career reviews every six months, and set aside time to discuss your aspirations and career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a growing organization and build a rewarding long-term career.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
