Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programs across Southeast Asia, driving client growth, delivery excellence, solutioning, and business development while helping build and expand Accenture's Microsoft Dynamics practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation engagements.
• Drive business development, solutioning, and proposal activities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Manage large-scale delivery programs and ensure project success.
• Mentor and develop consulting and technology teams.
• Support capability development and growth initiatives across Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading large transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or business development activities.
