Join Accenture Strategy's Global Network - M&A and Private Equity Consulting team, a high-impact practice that helps leading Private Equity investors and corporate clients shape, evaluate, and execute complex transactions. You will work across the full deal lifecycle - from target screening and diligence to Day 1 readiness, integration, separation, and value realization.

As a Consultant, you will be trusted to own critical workstreams, structure ambiguous deal challenges, and develop senior stakeholder-ready deliverables. You will collaborate closely with experienced M&A practitioners, Managers, and senior leaders while gaining direct client exposure and building deep expertise in one of the most dynamic areas of consulting.

• Own and drive workstream execution across complex M&A and PE engagements spanning pre-deal diligence, deal execution, Day 1 readiness, integration, separation, and value creation.
• Translate ambiguous deal challenges into structured workplans, clear deliverables, actionable insights, and client-ready recommendations.
• Manage timelines, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality outputs in close partnership with the engagement Manager.
• Support client-facing discussions, leadership presentations, workshops, and executive-ready deliverable reviews.
• Contribute to RFPs, proposals, account development, and thought leadership to help grow Accenture's M&A and Private Equity practice.

Functional M&A: Support or lead Commercial/Operational Due Diligence, Target Screening, synergy and value creation assessment, and Functional Integration/Separation planning across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Operating Model workstreams.

Tech / IT M&A: Support or lead Technology, Cybersecurity, and Platform Due Diligence, as well as IT Integration/Separation planning and execution across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and core technology platforms.

Must-Have

• 3+ years of post-MBA experience in M&A consulting, strategy consulting, transaction advisory, Private Equity, or a comparable deal environment.
• Hands-on experience in either Functional M&A or Tech / IT M&A across diligence, integration, separation, or value creation.
• For Functional M&A profiles: experience in at least one core function such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Operating Model, or Commercial Operations.
• Strong problem-solving, structured communication, and executive-ready presentation skills with the ability to convert analysis into clear recommendations.
• Direct client engagement experience, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, status meetings, and presentation of findings.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous deal environments with tight timelines and high-quality expectations.

Good to Have

• Experience in GCC strategy, setup, scaling, optimization, or transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-led transformation, analytics, automation, or digital enablement in a deal, transaction, or portfolio value creation context.
• Participation in business development, proposal development, RFP responses, sales support, or market-facing thought leadership.
• Industry depth in one or more priority sectors: CMT, Financial Services, Resources, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Services, or Retail.
• Familiarity with Day 1 readiness, TSA management, IMO/SMO setup, synergy tracking, or separation management.
