  • Measurement and improvement: Gather learner feedback and use available data to assess participation, effectiveness and opportunities to improve future learning interventions.
  • AI-enabled workbench: Use approved AI and digital tools to support research, drafting, content adaptation, quality checks and learner personalisation, applying appropriate human oversight and company standards.
  • Therapeutic area focus: Work within a specific therapeutic area under the guidance of the relevant Global Medical Director, while sharing approaches and learning across the wider medical training team to strengthen consistency and scale.

You may be required to support the following tasks:

  • Learning communications: Develop clear, audience-focused communications that build awareness, readiness and participation in learning initiatives.
  • Learning platforms and resources: Support the organisation, publication and maintenance of learning resources across approved platforms, ensuring materials remain current and easy to access.
  • Vendor and stakeholder coordination: Coordinate inputs, timelines and deliverables with internal partners and external vendors to support efficient programme execution.
  • Training data and reporting: Maintain accurate programme records and prepare concise updates on delivery status, participation, feedback and agreed measures of impact.

You will need to have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or tertiary qualification in clinical science, education, learning and development or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience supporting the design, delivery or coordination of learning and development initiatives, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate learning objectives into practical, engaging training experiences.
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across diverse global and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort using digital learning tools and approved AI applications as part of day-to-day training design, development and delivery.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.

We would prefer for you to have the following:

  • Experience supporting medical, scientific or launch learning programmes in a global matrix organisation.
