Global Market Manager

SUMMARY

As the Global Market Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global strategies for designated equipment submarkets at TVH, working to strengthen and grow the company's position in these markets. You will translate global strategy for stakeholders, building alignment and buy-in for successful execution. The role requires close collaboration across departments to monitor and steer performance, locally and globally.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Craft and execute global equipment market strategies aligned with corporate plans.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to drive growth opportunities, innovations, and expansions.
• Communicate strategies effectively to management and relevant stakeholders to secure support and implementation.
• Transparently communicate and manage projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Propose and oversee market development projects to expand product range in line with customer expectations.
• Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and address challenges in consultation with supervisors and stakeholders.
• Initiate cross-departmental actions to address market challenges and negative trends.
• Cultivate strong relationships with major OEM players and essential OES brands.
• Stay current on supplier markets and product evolution to support negotiations.
• Build and maintain a robust network with potential customers, external experts, and suppliers.
• Engage in dedicated literature reading, market research, and participation in industry events.
• Collect relevant information through trade shows, site visits, and active participation in industry discussions and sessions.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• 4-5 years of experience in strategic planning and marketing.
• Experience within the commercial, agricultural, or industrial machinery industry preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing long-term strategies that align with overall business objectives while adapting to regional market dynamics.
• Experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and interpreting trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks across global markets.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance across geographical boundaries.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% within the Americas and Belgium.
