The BD Strategy & Planning team is the strategic engine behind our global Business Development organization. While our BD team is out securing the world’s best promoters, events, and attractions, we provide the analytical firepower that maximizes their performance. We leverage data to shape where we focus, how we structure our teams, and how we define success. Working closely with BizOps and Sales Enablement, our decisions are data-driven from the highest strategic level down to individual team productivity. We don't just report numbers; we architect the strategy and build the operational frameworks that allow our global supply to scale efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Own the top-down and bottoms-up business planning process for the global BD organization.
• Own revenue forecasting, identify gaps against the Business Plan, and define effective strategies to close them.
• Analyze BD performance end-to-end (Salesforce funnel, activity, revenue generation, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks and unlock opportunities for continuous productivity improvements.
• Own visualization and reporting for the BD organization, building the single source of truth for leadership while independently driving complex, deep-dive analyses.
• Define global hiring needs, territory mapping, and quota setting to deploy headcount effectively across markets and verticals.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate commercial performance, identifying productivity gaps and delivering data-backed recommendations to leadership to optimize team structures and maximize ROI.
• Propose, design, and refine compensation and commission structures that incentivize high performance and align with Fever’s strategic margin requirements.
• Partner with Growth Strategy and BD leadership to evaluate market expansion priorities and establish high-level pricing and margin guardrails.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Strategy or Tier-1 Management Consulting ideally including operational leadership i in a high-growth tech company.
• You have an Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a highly analytical STEM / Strategy background.
• You bring a proven playbook: you have built or scaled a Strategy & Planning function using verified industry standards, not just gut feelings or best guesses.
• Smart, extremely powerful, and driven professional with unparalleled executive gravitas.
• Exceptional stakeholder management: you are comfortable having tough 1:1 conversations with senior General Managers, handling pushback, and convincing them with hard data to change how they run their teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of shaping reporting frameworks and leveraging dashboards to drive strategy, coupled with a solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• A data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic decisions: you don't just read dashboards; you know how to architect the analysis that uncovers the real story.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
